Copy & Paste the link below!****$10,000 Sign On Bonus!!\*****Hercules Concrete**is looking for a **Concrete Plant Maintenance**to perform maintenance on our Concrete Mixing, Construction Equipment, and Fleet!**What We Offers:*** **Starting Pay: $35-$40+/hr** (depending on experience)* Medical, Dental and Vision benefits (Union plan), 401k* Paid Time Off, Paid Every Friday!* 10k sign on bonus for experienced Concrete Plant Maintenance \*(1 or more years)**Responsibilities Include:*** Repair, Diagnose, and maintain all plant concrete mixing equipment along with other vehicle and operating equipment (skids, loader, conveyor belts, mixer drums, etc.)* Repair diesel trucks, trailers and heavy equipment in a timely and efficient manner* Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition* Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery* Repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials* Previous experience in electrical wiring, control panels, and circuit boards, compressors, valves, etc.* Landing gear/Tire repair* Performing routine building maintenance* Welding and Metal Fabrication on plant as need* **Must be able to work varying shift times or day and Weekends as required****Job Requirements:*** 6+months of experience desired* Basic set of tools* Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel to different Concrete plants in the Metro Detroit area as necessary.**If interested, please fill out our online application.
