If you are looking for a career that will challenge and engage you, focused on customer care and quality service, then we are the company for you.**What you’ll do:*** Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, athletic facilities, etc.* Disassemble machines and examine mechanical and electrical parts* Reassemble appliances, adjusts pulleys, and lubricate moving parts* Replace worn or defective parts and adjusts motors* Clean and wash parts* Advise dispatch department of equipment that should be replaced with new equipment* Drive a company vehicle to and from work locations**What we’re looking for:*** High School Diploma or GED* Good driving record* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills* Must possess effective English communication skills (oral and written); bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are desirable* At least 2 years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge and/or training* Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck* Prior washer/dryer repair experience is desirableWe are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or status as a veteran, or because of any other federal, state, or local protected class.
