Responsibilities

Complete our award‑winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage the daily operation of a pest control service route.

Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.

Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.

Serve as a problem solver for your customers to determine the most efficient and effective pest solution for each situation.

Complete all required service‑related documentation and use the hand‑held device provided for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

No experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro!

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with our great customers.

Work Environment

Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas requiring climbing, kneeling, or crawling.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Willing to work in various weather conditions.
