We are seeking a smart, energetic, reliable HEAVY LINE Technician to join our family today! This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, driveline, suspension, steering, electrical, and HVAC systems
Complete heavy line repairs including engine replacements, transmission repairs, and major mechanical system overhauls
Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using OEM diagnostic tools and equipment
Perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership quality guidelines
Clearly communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors
Accurately document all work performed on repair orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience specifically as a Heavy Line Technician
Transmission experience is a plus
ASE Certifications are a plus
GM Certification is a plus
Strong diagnostic capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced service environment
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Able to clear a background and drug test
