Key Responsibilities
Assist foremen and supervisors with daily electrical tasks
Install and support raceway systems including EMT, rigid, and PVC ranging from one half inch to four inches
Bend conduit using hand benders, electric benders, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes
Install and terminate conductors including feeders, branch circuits, and control wiring
Work with industrial electrical equipment including MDP, MCC, and HV and LV panelboards
Motor starters, VFDs, soft starts, and PLCs
Follow NEC standards and all safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of four years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
Experience with PLCs, controls, VFDs, and soft starts
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency with power tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and sockets
Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, squat, and bend for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment
Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, hard hat, safety shoes, gloves, and respirators
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable using a computer for basic correspondence and reporting
Willingness to travel up to 25 percent for project work with per diem provided
Ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri prior to start
Additional Consideration Candidates with at least two years of relevant commercial or industrial electrical experience may be considered based on skill level and qualifications.
