As a Holiday Automotive Service Department Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to internet inquiries and answering phone calls to schedule service appointments with customers that contact the dealership. This highly accountable and process-oriented position uses lead management tools, advanced Customer Relationship Management software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and schedule service appointments. This position will be 5 days a week, including some Saturday's.

Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper service needs
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries and issues
