About This Role
This position serves as the office manager and receptionist for Human Resources. The position greets visitors in Human Resources, prioritizes interactions for follow-up and ensures follow-through with stakeholder communications. The incumbent ensures efficient day-to-day office operations and is relied upon to provide support for projects as requested.

What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications
Requires two years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Education:
Associate degree
Experience using a variety of technology programs (i.e., Microsoft Office 365, K-State Content Management System (CMS), Etrieve, Concur, Qualtrics)
Experience with social media platforms
Ability to multitask, communicate effectively and professionally, and work collaboratively
Customer service oriented and ability to work independently
Sponsorship Eligibility Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
