Job Summary and Qualifications The

Director Facilities Management

plans, directs and coordinates the maintenance of the facilities, campus and buildings to assure functionality, cost effectiveness, safety, utility systems reliability and compliance with applicable codes and operational requirements.

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience in a hospital setting required.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Special qualifications: Maintenance task protocols; code/accreditation knowledge; excellent verbal and written communication; proven management experience; excellent organizational skills; PC and software application skills; hospital maintenance experience.
