We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Associate, Client Processing Representative II - Total Wealth Services Ops
to join our
Wealth Operations
team. This role is located in
Lake Mary, FL .
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as a lead for the day‑to‑day operations of a small‑to‑medium‑sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and assist in communicating needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients
Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner
Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records, working closely with technology and systems teams to ensure system efficiency and risk mitigation
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
7 plus years of technical and management experience preferred
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
Solid understanding and hands‑on use of automation and AI tools
Experience using Microsoft Office
