Job Overview This payroll support clerk role provides essential assistance to the Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities include all certified payroll reporting, payroll entry assistance, and any other payroll‑related functions as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
Complete all monthly certified payroll reports in a timely manner, collaborating with the Payroll Specialist and Lead Billing Specialist to gather and verify information.
Accurately enter timecards weekly, verifying details such as cost codes and job numbers as directed.
Manage electronic filing of all payroll‑related timecards, forms, and documents associated with payroll.
Produce reports with timeliness and accuracy.
Assist personnel and managers with various duties and special projects as directed.
