Job Title Scheduling Coordinator

– Fit for Siemens digital learning team at Alpharetta, GA.

Locations & Salary Alpharetta, GA: $38,000 – $57,600 annual. Duluth, GA: $35,000 – $40,000 annual.

About the Role We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the SITRAIN Digital Industries Learning team at the Alpharetta, GA facility. This position will work the first shift and supports the Customer Service business from an operational perspective, deploying detailed know‑how on SITRAIN offerings, products, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Create and input the annual schedule for open enrollment classes.

Coordinate both open enrollment and customer on‑site request schedules.

Perform SITRAIN Registrar duties and field customer phone inquiries.

Back up the SITRAIN Registrar by handling the Registrar inbox when necessary.

Conduct administrative duties as required by the department.

Maintain and set up SITRAIN Learning Center classrooms.

Basic Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience deploying detailed knowledge and expertise about an organization's service offering, related products, and application domain to improve operations or strategic innovations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Prior experience interacting with various management functions.

Experience supporting acquisition activities with detailed technical know‑how on complex issues.

Adherence to and enforcement of the organization's internal processes, rules, public standards, and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong multi‑tasking ability.

Excellent task prioritization skills.

Planning and scheduling skills (a plus).

Experience with SAP.

Collaboration skills.

Customer service skills.
