Overview
Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead our stores and ensure smooth operations. This role involves overseeing staff, managing cash and inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts.
Ensure all store operations (cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations) run efficiently.
Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness and uphold the store’s grooming standards.
Set a positive tone and act as a role model for the team.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team, managing staff of 3–30 people.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license; must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
