Summary : Dime Community Bank (Dime) is currently hiring for a Treasury Management Sales Coordinator at Dime's Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The Treasury Management (TM) Sales Coordinator supports sales operational activities, facilitates client onboarding of TM services and potentially deposit products, along with assisting the TM Sales Director and TM Sales Consultants with ongoing client relationship management activities.
Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities
Develop networking relationships with Branch Managers, Private Bankers, Loan Officers, and all other sales staff in the development of sales leads and referrals.
Provide reciprocal referrals to branch and sales staff when customers indicate a need for banking services.
Assist the TM Sales team with tracking referrals, paperwork, and service onboarding.
Responsible for the preparation of paperwork, training, and support of Business Online Banking PLUS, Check Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination, Wire Origination (USD/FX), Lockbox, Remote Official Check, SFTP/FTP, Integrated Payables and Account Analysis.
Ensure compliance with any federal or other regulations or rulings pertaining to any TM products.
Provide sales support to aid new client acquisition, acting as a liaison between the sales process and the onboarding process.
Any additional duties or projects as assigned by the TM Sales Director.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, bank operations or client services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic level of treasury management experience or treasury management product knowledge.
Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel.
Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
