ProSidian seeks an Ethical Keynote/Guest Speaker in the Education and Academia sector. The role supports an education‑centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership‑driven procurement practices. The position is primarily remote with travel within the South Central region (Texas) and is offered as an exempt 1099 contract (contingent possibility of conversion to a full‑time W‑2). No overtime pay; remote/virtual or occasional in‑person events. Job Overview

You will design and deliver dynamic sessions on ethics, social justice, and policy, tailor content to client themes, and engage with audience Q&A. The role is focused on reinforcing core values and strategic messaging for entities such as the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Region One Education Service Center (ESC1). Responsibilities
Deliver impactful, purpose‑driven ethical speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events. Design and customize presentations to address specific stakeholder needs and event themes. Engage with audiences through Q&A and facilitate discussion that encourages critical reflection and actionable insight. Represent core themes aligned with ethical subject matter topics and collaborate with event teams to align messaging and logistics for optimal impact. Contribute to the speakers bureau knowledge base and mentor junior speakers. Qualifications
Recognized subject matter expertise in ethics, social justice, and policy. Excellent communication skills and proven engagement outcomes. Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred depending on topic area. 5–10 years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject experience. Skills & Competencies
