Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Confirm product with schedule
Assist with Quality Control duties including Monitor saw cuts, Pipe length, Bell fit, Print line confirmation, Chamfer/Bevel, and Reference line spacing
Weigh and transport finished product
Cut crate boards to proper lengths and adjust if needed
Process re-grind / scrap pipe
Assist with the running of the PVC extrusion lines
Help with changeovers and stringing the line downstream and through the saw
Understand how to get pipe into specification
Able to identify pipe products that are out of specification
Perform maintenance and cleanup for production and storage areas.
Able to prioritize tasks effectively to manage time in order to be proficient with all material handling and packaging devices.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

What you’ll bring:
1-2 years related experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization
Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner
Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
Complete any required training.
Have developed relationships within the department.
Be well-versed in Fabrication strategic priorities and the importance of your role to daily operations.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $18.50 to $21.50. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
