Job Summary The Stock Room Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a secure parts stockroom to ensure proper accountability of assets
Performing cycle counts in a perpetual inventory environment
Maintain inventory accuracy by making data entries in accordance with established procedures
Participate in annual physical inventory counts
Responsible for receiving and stocking of parts received daily
Analyze, reconcile, and process all inventory discrepancies/adjustments from cycle counts
Maintain item code master data in CMMS system
Assist with kitting process for maintenance work orders
Acts as a backup to members of the Stock Room Department as needed
Other duties as assigned
Experience & Education Required
High School Diploma / GED, and a minimum of one-year inventory experience preferred
Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
Must be organized and attentive to detail
Ability to effectively multi-task is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidentiality The Stock Room Purchasing Associate is exposed to confidential O-AT-KA production information daily including access to the company vendor relationships and knowledge of specific ingredients used in production.
Management Responsibility The Stock Room Purchasing Associate is an individual contributor role and performs job responsibilities within established policies and processes under the direction of the Stock Room Supervisor
Majority of time spent in an office or Warehouse environment. Ability to operate standard office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) as well as bend, reach and lift is required. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Required to don designated PPE when in production areas.
Pay: $20-$24 USD per hour*
Shift: Overnights (10:30pm- 7am) + $0.60 Shift Differential
