As a Senior Seller, you will lead complex, high‑value deals for Orchestration.ai and Sequence, aligning closely with Microsoft field sellers, AI specialists, and Azure Partner Teams to drive orchestration‑led digital transformation across large enterprise clients.
You’ll be a semi‑technical, commercially sharp seller — fluent in both Azure’s technical stack and AI services — capable of articulating how Sequence extends Microsoft’s workflow, automation, and AI capabilities to deliver enterprise‑scale impact.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales lifecycle for Orchestration.ai and Sequence across target verticals (non‑BFSI).
Develop and execute account strategies aligned to Microsoft Solution Areas (Apps & Infra, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, Business Apps).
Build and manage joint pipeline with Microsoft; track Marketplace listings, consumption metrics, and co‑sell KPIs.
Lead enterprise‑scale negotiations for SaaS + usage‑based licensing deals — balancing value creation, pricing precision, and consumption growth.
Drive C‑suite engagements — CIO, COO, CFO — anchored in business outcomes, not features.
Technical and Solution Fluency
Engage confidently in L1/L2‑level architecture discussions covering:
Unified AI architecture and agentic‑fabric orchestration.
Integration with Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Fabric analytics.
Data flows, API connectivity, and security within Azure architecture.
Lead demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept that showcase how Orchestration.ai:
Delivers touchless productivity and AI‑driven triaging.
Enables real‑time decision support and data‑driven governance.
Achieves efficiency gains and retention through seamless Azure integration.
Collaborate with presales and solution architects to design proposals and ROI models that quantify impact across S2P, R2R, and case‑management functions.
Microsoft GTM & Ecosystem Engagement
Operate as a field‑aligned co‑seller with Microsoft Account Executives and Specialists.
Execute GTM plays on Azure Marketplace — manage offers, pricing constructs, and listing updates.
Leverage Microsoft programs (Azure Credits, AI Accelerators, Solution Assessments) to fund pilots and accelerate sales cycles.
Coordinate with Microsoft Solution Area Leads to drive joint sales campaigns and industry‑specific orchestration plays.
Build trusted relationships with Microsoft engineering and product teams to align roadmaps and customer requirements.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to clients — linking Orchestration.ai capabilities to business objectives like agility, governance, and AI enablement.
Identify and anticipate customer pain points; apply fast, innovative solutions to remove roadblocks and advance deals.
Represent Genpact and Microsoft jointly at industry forums, events, and client briefings.
Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to product teams to refine offerings and enhance competitive positioning.
Structure competitive, value‑based commercial proposals leveraging Azure Marketplace, and commercial contractual models such as MACCs, Enterprise Agreements.
Challenge internal pricing norms with data‑backed recommendations to improve margin and conversion.
Support leadership in refining licensing and consumption frameworks tied to Orchestration.ai adoption.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualification/Skill
Experience of enterprise sales or consulting experience in workflow automation, AI, or Microsoft Cloud domains.
Strong understanding of Azure architecture, AI Services, Workflow platforms like ServiceNow, and Azure Marketplace GTM mechanics.
Demonstrated experience working directly with Microsoft field sellers or Partner Development Managers.
Technical depth to confidently discuss integration, data orchestration, and AI workflows (L1/L2).
Excellent storytelling, executive communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience of enterprise solution sales experience in cloud, AI, or workflow automation.
Proven experience executing Microsoft co‑sell and marketplace GTM motions.
