We are looking for a Vice President, Sales to join our Commercial Sales Mid-Market team that will sell the Progyny family building products. In this role, you will act as the sales leader and dedicated subject matter expert to increase awareness around the need for women's health and family building coverage. Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties (benefits executives and healthcare consultants), enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain-points and buying needs of experience selling - , or vendor providing ancillary benefits to employers, with a track record of successDemonstrated experience working for or with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefitsAbility to travel up to 40% to meet with clients, prospects and partners Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the Progyny messaging in both in person and via remote sales capacity.The ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment* Family friendly benefits: Paid family and parental leave, preconception, fertility and family building benefits (including egg freezing, IVF, and adoption support), family and pet care fund, and Parents’ Employee Affiliation Group* Menopause and midlife careIn compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: **$170,000 - $185,000.** There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
