Position Details
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (off Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday).
Shift: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM (or until work is finished).
Compensation: $18.05 per hour.
Full Time.
Incentive payouts based on order selection performance.
Position Purpose Warehouse associates ensure the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
Maintains a high level of attention to detail for proper handling of balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas.
Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location and consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
Packs products securely in cartons and totes; applies shipping ID and marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Performs end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines; ensures work area is safe and reports unsafe conditions immediately.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
Can lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves ranging from 10–35 pounds, and up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
Can work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
