We are looking for a technician who is knowledgeable about HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical components and wants to make an impactful difference by providing affordable housing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep property systems in good working order
Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections
HVAC License required
Participate in rotating on‑call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs
Compensation
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Plus an annual bonus

Qualifications
At least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience, with affordable housing experience preferred
Ability to work on emergency on‑call rotation as needed and lift up to 50 lbs while standing for an 8‑hour shift
