Customer Service Agent – Air Freight

Key Duties
Assist customers with shipping needs (answer inquiries, compute cargo rates, initiate and complete bookings)
Process airway bills
Provide cargo rates and tracking information to customers
Perform computer and paperwork tasks
Carry out duties as directed by management to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Job‑Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required
A minimum of 2 years of customer service or community service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
Participation in paid training
Capability to consistently lift 50 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp
Willingness to work non‑traditional shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
Knowledge of or ability to learn a computerized cargo system
Adherence to set procedures in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in English
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Starting Rate USD $20.58 per hour.
