Job Duties / Responsibilities

Maintain and operate various utility systems and equipment.

Perform sanitation and cleaning duties to meet food safety requirements.

Use compressed air for cleaning tasks.

Complete pristine projects such as painting and scraping old paint.

Ensure smooth, efficient plant operations and food safety compliance.

Work safely using PPE and follow safety and hazard-reporting procedures.

Clean for the majority of the shift and complete assigned daily tasks.

Qualifications / Requirements

Ability to lift up to

50 lbs

and exert 20 lbs of force.

Ability to

stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, and climb

for extended periods.

Ability to climb

stairs and ladders

and work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).

Ability to work in

indoor/outdoor environments

with heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.

Must be able to wear

respiratory protection ; clean‑shaven when respirators are required.

Prior

manufacturing, industrial, cleaning, or food manufacturing experience

preferred.

Good employment history.

Self‑starter attitude; ability to work in a small team environment.

Must be reliable, safety‑minded, able to follow directions, and communicate hazards.
