Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift – Wyndham Legacy Golf Resort

Hourly Rate : $18.00 Availability : Open between 9 am – 5 pm
How You'll Make An Impact
Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring optimum quality and efficient production.
Carry out service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
Execute maintenance work for make‑ready units as directed.
Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
Clean and maintain outside landscape, including trash removal and general landscape work.
Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, and adhere to the company’s safety programs.
What You’ll Bring

Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Basic handyman skills.
