Overview Of Responsibilities
Maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods featured at Sprouts.
Follow the merchandising Bulk plan by properly packaging and scaling bulk items, filling bulk bins, and preparing, wrapping, and pricing bulk packages accurately and legibly.
Rotate product using code dates and follow the company’s cleaning and sanitation program.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure bulk items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented, keeping the Bulk area clean at all times.
Assist the Bulk Manager as needed and maintain all equipment in safe working condition.
Receive, unload, and stock merchandise throughout the day.
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
Mutual respect for others and adherence to Sprouts culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.
Good communication skills; ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
Ability to perform repetitive activities, multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized.
Vertically/horizontally transfer product weighing up to 50 lbs., from 4” to 36”, for a distance up to 4 ft. for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance.
Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
Ability to perform other related duties as assigned.
