Role Overview As a Senior Business Analyst in the ePMO, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and own analytics and reporting across Cohesity’s enterprise portfolio. This position is ideal for candidates with top-tier consulting experience and exposure to enterprise technology or SaaS environments. You will operate with minimal guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of AI and automation across project workflows. You will also mentor junior analysts and help set standards for project execution. You thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and excel at cross‑functional collaboration.

How you’ll spend your time here

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise programs; own portfolio reporting cadence and delivery of outcomes.

Architect and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet) with rigorous data quality and governance.

Identify, pilot, and scale AI/automation solutions to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.

Analyze portfolio and program data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; present recommendations directly to all stakeholders.

Facilitate requirements and cross‑functional alignment; manage dependencies, risks, and change impacts across teams.

Establish standards, templates, and best practices for status reporting, RAID logs, and decision tracking; mentor junior analysts on adoption.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to align priorities and define KPIs/OKRs that tie initiatives to business outcomes.

Prepare SteerCo materials, executive briefings, and narrative communications that drive clarity and decisive action.

We’d love to talk to you if you have many of the following

8+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or management consulting, ideally with experience at a top consulting firm and in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.

Experience in a high‑performing analytics or PMO environment.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization tools with experience preparing executive‑ready deliverables.

Familiarity with project/portfolio management software (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills leveraging consulting frameworks and enterprise tech best practices.

Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement AI‑driven solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related discipline.
