Tri West Middle School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic middle school
Girls Tennis Head Coach
for the upcoming season. The coach will be responsible for leading and developing the girls tennis program while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead practices and matches
Teach fundamental tennis skills and match strategy
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment
Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and school staff
Ensure the safety and well‑being of all participants
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Follow school, district, and league policies and procedures
Qualifications
Tennis coaching or playing experience preferred
Ability to work positively with middle school–aged students
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Willingness to complete required background checks and certifications
