Overview: As an Aerial Telecom Foreman, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the on‑site expert, offering guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Responsibilities
Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
Safely use equipment such as bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly while on the job.
Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid state driver’s license (cannot be provisional) with acceptable record.
Must pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
At least 3 years of related work experience.
Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
CDL Class “A” driver’s license preferred.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces, alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse.
