Job Overview Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide assistance on the sales floor.
Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain and organize Home displays to ensure they are neat and properly stocked.
Participate in inventory and product organization activities.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
