Job Title: Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager (Telecom/DAS)
Location: Fayetteville, GA (On-site)
Start Date: January 18, 2026
Duration: 12 months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $32-$43/hour (based on experience)
Travel: Up to 20% after 6 months
Drug Test & Background Check: Required
About the Role We are seeking a
Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager
to lead telecom and DAS projects in the Fayetteville area. This is a hands‑on role with approximately
70% field work and 30% desk work . Ideal candidates are reliable, collaborative, and eager to grow within the
data center industry .
Responsibilities
Lead and manage crews of 11-25 team members
Conduct toolbox talks and productive whiteboard meetings
Maintain crew timesheets and daily reports
Oversee scheduling updates and project logs
Ensure proper maintenance of company‑owned equipment
Coordinate with multiple trades and resolve conflicts professionally
Participate in meetings and represent the company effectively
Maintain productivity, sequencing, and adherence to codes and site specifications
Qualifications Foreman Level ($32-$37/hr)
5-7 years of telecom/DAS experience
Journeyman‑level licensing
Basic leadership and communication training
Knowledge of multiple disciplines (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Security, Electrical)
Superintendent Level ($38-$43/hr)
8-10 years of experience managing crews of 15+
Subject Matter Expertise in at least one discipline with licensing/certifications
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
Strong understanding of construction processes (RFIs, RFQs, inspections)
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Top Skills

Cable installation (Cat5, punchdown)
Scheduling and reporting
