Overview A
Senior Strategist
on the
Ship to Home
team serves as a subject matter expert on fulfillment performance and athlete experience. They focus on optimizing every aspect of the Ship to Home journey—from how fulfillment options are presented on-site, to delivery and assembly experiences, to improving speed and quality of delivery.
We're seeking a candidate with strong
operational acumen
who can work cross‑functionally to enhance execution across Ship to Home fulfillment. This strategist will own the experience shaped by operational logic and strategy, spanning order sourcing, store and DC fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery. They will work closely with key partners to drive improvements in speed, quality, and overall athlete satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Synthesizing insights from large, complex fulfillment data sets while considering customer feedback, user research, and stakeholder input to identify and size opportunities
Shaping operational strategies that balance teammate and athlete experience, program profitability, and execution complexity
Navigating cross‑functional impacts across fulfillment processes and adjacent programs
This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong partnerships with teams across
store operations, logistics, athlete engagement, merchandising, finance, and technology . The strategist will serve as a central resource and advisor, helping business partners understand how Ship to Home fulfillment influences outcomes at the category level.

Perform analysis and research to define and understand athlete expectations related to Ship to Home fulfillment within their areas of focus.
Leverage data and qualitative information to unearth opportunities and build fact‑based strategies for continuous improvement in our fulfillment programs. Will source data via Qlik, GCP, Adobe Analytics, and user research/surveys and distill findings to pinpoint what will make the biggest impact.
Build and maintain exceptional cross‑functional relationships as a partner to build actionable strategies and tactics and influence change.
Utilize learnings to develop and maintain a roadmap for areas of focus, while ensuring cross‑functional buy‑in and partnership.
Lead the implementation of various fulfillment initiatives that will improve the athlete experience. Leadership will be comprised of planning and executing plans with cross‑functional partners across the enterprise and managing communication effectively to drive a positive outcome.
Communicate with clear and compelling information that is used to make decisions across the organization, within the department, and with key cross‑functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5–7 years of experience in product/program management, business development, management consulting, analytics, or direct‑to‑consumer fulfillment (preferred)
Process design experience (preferred)
User‑centered design training or experience (preferred)
Experience managing data in large, enterprise‑level applications such as Manhattan, INTERA, etc. is a plus
Familiarity with database structures and capabilities (preferred)
Mastery of the MS Office suite of products (i.e. PowerPoint and Excel)
SQL experience is a plus
Manipulate and analyze large data sets and draw insight
Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and presentations
Demonstrated experience in operational roles or environments
Keen intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous improvement
Understanding of the eCommerce direct‑to‑consumer fulfillment market and dynamics
Effectively partner across the enterprise and establish and maintain strong partnerships
