The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auction in yards, and helping customers during and after auctions.
Responsibilities
Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
Help set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
Assist customers with loading their equipment purchases and answer yard questions.
Support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: take personal responsibility for safety of self, team, co‑workers, and customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience operating heavy machinery.
Ability to operate a large 36,000‑lb forklift is an asset.
Good spoken and written English is required.
Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
Track record of working safely and helping others work safely.
Ability to relate well with customers and team members.
Team player who can also self‑start and work independently.
Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail.
