What You’ll Do We’re seeking a candidate with
3+ years of experience
in project coordination, change management, or state modernization initiatives to play a key role in activating and supporting state partners as they transition to CHAMP’s digital titling and vehicle modernization platforms.
State Activation & Change Management
Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new states to CHAMP’s product platforms.
Develop and execute change management strategies, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, training plans, and communication strategies.
Guide state partners through activation milestones, ensuring adoption and smooth transition from legacy processes to modern digital workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for government agencies, service providers, and industry stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to align goals, resolve issues, and ensure transparency.
Support workshops, presentations, and working sessions with agency leadership and staff to build buy-in and adoption.
Project & Program Management
Assist in creating and managing detailed activation roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver progress updates, executive briefings, and stakeholder reports.
Process Documentation & Best Practices
Capture lessons learned, issues, and solutions from activations to build a playbook for future state modernizations.
Standardize processes, templates, and checklists to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
Data, Metrics & Reporting
Collect and analyze adoption metrics, including user participation, transaction volumes, and performance outcomes.
Translate data into actionable insights for improving future activations and state support.
Continuous Learning & Industry Expertise
Stay up to date on legislative changes, industry trends, and modernization best practices.
Provide insights to improve CHAMP’s strategies and ensure alignment with evolving state needs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree
in project management, public administration, communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of relevant experience
in project coordination, change management, or digital transformation (government/public sector preferred).
Demonstrated success in
leading organizational change
and supporting activations or system implementations.
Strong
stakeholder management skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with
project management methodologies
preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects and competing priorities .
Skilled in developing and delivering
digital/visual presentations
(PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and entrepreneurial, with a strong bias toward action.
Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
