**Summary of Role:**

GlobalFoundries is seeking to fill the role of Principal Lithography Process Engineer to drive technology development in our leading-edge R&D programs in our most advanced fab located in Malta, New York. The process engineer will be responsible for leading Litho process development, and material selection for future technologies and to leverage their expertise to improve existing processes in support of high-volume manufacturing with main focus in silicon photonics. The individual will report to the head of new technology development in the Advanced Module Engineering (AME) organization.**Essential Responsibilities:**

Drive process improvements for high volume manufacturing using statistical tools, DOE techniques, data driven decision making and systematic problem-solving skills **Other Responsibilities:** Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Other duties as assigned by manager.**Required Qualifications:** Education – Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D Degree in electrical / electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics or related field. Experience - Minimum 4 year of working experience in Litho Process Development**Preferred Qualifications:**
