Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II (Engines & Power Systems) (Finance)
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI) for the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) sub business unit.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
Qualifications MUST HAVES
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
4+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
