About The Position Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, exceptional organizer and motivated individual to support the administrative needs for TPAction’s innovative and large “Chase the Vote” Initiative. The Chase the Vote Administrator assists the Administrative team in completing day‑to‑day tasks critical to the functioning and success of TPA’s “Chase The Vote” program, such as data entry, proof‑reading/editing, filing, and recruitment. Attention to detail is a must. The role emphasizes expanding our activism efforts in the field and requires a candidate who embodies grassroots humility, a warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
Administrative duties related to the “Chase the Vote” initiative.
Data entry with Google Sheets and Airtable.
Responding to and resolving inquiries from the “Chase the Vote” field team.
Administrative work relating to training and guiding ballot chasers and volunteers across Arizona.
Preparing, printing, and organizing materials related to Chase the Vote trainings.
Coordinating with the Ballot Chasing field team to ensure all materials reach and market for events.
Assisting in requests for graphics and materials and ensuring their proper distribution.
Assisting with all other duties related to the Chase the Vote trainings.
Coordinating and organizing ballot chasing events and efforts across Arizona.
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1 year experience in administrative work.
Working knowledge of Google Drive (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
Close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPA.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with colleagues.
Organized, a self‑starter, and goal‑oriented.
Competency in managing deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic and desire for excellence.
“WOW!” Skills
1 year experience in a grassroots campaign, office, or other political setting.
Prior use of Google Drive (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
Prior use of Airtable, Streak, or other relevant basic design platforms.
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
Experience in teamwork and interpersonal skills.
