This company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and a proven track record on high‑end residential projects. Being a team player while also having the ability to work autonomously is essential. Prepare and estimate budget costs for high‑end residential construction, including labor and materials. Utilize conceptual estimating and value engineering as needed. Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans. Develop and manage estimates for multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and field personnel. Maintain accuracy while working independently and meeting deadlines. Qualifications
1+ years of experience estimating custom homes or high‑end residential projects. B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data efficiently. Benefits
