Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, seeks a motivated, team‑oriented individual experienced in field survey work for a variety of commercial, residential, and private‑sector projects.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys Aerial and topographic surveys, including utility locations such as pipe inverts and sizes Construction layout Right‑of‑way (ROW) surveys Utility surveys Wetland location surveys Prepare proposals Client management and overall satisfaction Mentor and develop staff Perform other duties as assigned Organized, self‑motivated, minimal supervision required, strong communicator Manage field crews and survey technicians Minimum of eight years’ experience Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis and resolution Manage projects to be delivered on time, within scope and budget Flexibility in daily schedule, including early mornings Valid driver’s license Maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle Familiar with Civil 3D and Land Development Desktop Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry Strong technical background OSHA 10 safety training (obtainable) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Excellent written and oral communication skills Independent and critical thinking abilities Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $115,000. Seniority Level
