Turn Acquisitions into Repeatable Product
We are looking for a Product Manager, Integrations to own and productize how data, systems, and people migrate onto the Equal Parts platform following an acquisition. This role is central to our ability to scale quickly and repeatably, with a clear mandate: newly acquired agencies fully live on our platform within 7 days of close.
Reporting to the Head of Integration, this PM will sit at the intersection of product, data, operations, and M&A. You will turn messy, inconsistent, and often incomplete acquisition inputs into structured workflows, repeatable tooling, and durable integration playbooks.
This not a feature roadmap role. This is a high-ownership execution role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves systems thinking, and can impose order on complex operational reality.
What You'll Own
The end-to-end integration product surface, defining how acquired agencies transition onto the Equal Parts platform
The 7-day integration standard, including success criteria, sequencing, and measurable readiness milestones
Productized workflows for migrating data, systems, access, and operating structure from acquired agencies
The strategy and execution of ETL and data ingestion processes, including validation, reconciliation, and exception handling
Identification and resolution paths for data gaps and operational blind spots not uncovered during diligence
Cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, and Shared Services during integrations
Internal tooling, dashboards, and playbooks that make integrations repeatable, observable, and scalable
Continuous improvement of integration speed, reliability, and clarity as acquisition volume increases
Requirements
7+ years of experience across product management, integrations, data, or operations
Direct experience owning or building ETL pipelines or complex data migrations
Strong project management instincts with a systems-level mindset
Experience operating in acquisition-driven or highly operational environments
Proven ability to turn messy, real-world processes into structured, repeatable systems
Comfort working with incomplete information and driving progress anyway
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Ability to influence across teams without direct authority
Experience partnering closely with senior operators or executive leadership
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, insurance, vertical SaaS, or multi-entity platforms
Familiarity with agency management systems, financial data, or commission workflows
Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, or integration tooling
Prior exposure to M&A diligence or post-close integration environments
Benefits For eligible employees, Equal Parts offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial stability, including:
Major Medical Health Insurance with employer premium contributions
Voluntary benefits including dental, vision, supplemental life, disability, and accident coverage
