Role Description

We are seeking a Development and Operations Associate for an on‑site, full‑time position located in Apollo Beach, FL. This role involves managing day‑to‑day operational tasks, supporting development activities, and ensuring smooth organizational workflows. The associate will handle operational procedures, assist in customer service, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and support the team in meeting organizational goals. Qualifications

Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to support day‑to‑day workflows effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with stakeholders. Proficient analytical and problem‑solving abilities to streamline processes and address challenges effectively. Customer service expertise to provide high‑quality interactions and responsiveness to inquiries. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
