Job Summary As an
Associate System Test Specialist , you will be personally contributing to the future by joining an R&D embedded systems team that realizes product innovation and develops our nation’s infrastructure. Our traffic controllers, road-side units, and other devices support the complex decision‑making tasks to control and optimize the flow of traffic and travel times.
Primary Responsibilities
Evolve and maintain a test automation for the Yutraffic Studio project based on Playwright (Typescript) test framework
Create and maintain test framework for automated UI tests as well as automated microservice API tests
Develop and execute manual test cases and perform exploratory testing. Determine which test cases can be automated.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience performing system testing in an industrial environment
Development of UI, end-to-end and integration test cases using Playwright
Develop automated API test cases (e.g. Postman, REST-assured)
Automate test cases through programming/scripting language (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript, Python)
Involved in agile testing using TDD/BDD and adding test code to automation pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins)
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Electrical and Mechanical Aptitude for working with wiring, cabling, and electronic components.
Communication Skills for interacting with team members, supervisors, and customers effectively.
Problem‑Solving Ability to identify issues quickly and implement practical solutions under time‑sensitive conditions.
Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively in dynamic environments.
