Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns Structure campaigns based on funnel strategy and business goals Monitor and optimize performance daily Analyze data to identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts and iterations Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages Maintain accurate tracking through pixels, conversion APIs, and events Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client use Troubleshoot issues related to attribution, tracking, or ad delivery Communicate patiently with clients and team members about necessary changes to strategy and outcomes Requirements
2+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house) Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Proven ability to optimize for leads and revenue Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once Solid analytical skills and clear communication Preferred
Experience with service-based businesses is a plus Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations preferred
