Job Description Operates and manages all store operations for the store located at 2323 SE 182nd Avenue. Provides assistance to customers, ensures smooth daily operations, and maintains food safety and quality standards.
Job Duties
Operate all equipment used in the store.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare food products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Complete orientation and training on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly. Can use a calculator if needed.
Make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some areas.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, and sharp edges.
Must perform tasks requiring talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Physical Demands
Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum.
Walking:
Short distances for short durations.
Sitting:
Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting:
Bulk deliveries (up to 50 lb) unloaded and stacked onto shelves up to 72” high.
Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), and trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb per tray).
Pushing:
Managing trays on dollies requiring approximately 7.5 lb force.
Climbing:
Infrequent stairs or ladder use for maintenance.
Bending:
Forward bending at pizza assembly station (30‑45 s per position).
Crouching/Squatting:
Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
Additional Information
Reaching:
Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; above 72” for oven controls and price signs.
Hand Tasks:

Essential Skills for Delivery
Navigation of maps and addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to handle adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
Handling carrying during delivery (pizzas, sides, beverages).
Driving within the designated area with multiple deliveries per shift.
Travel between store and vehicle, and from vehicle to customer location.
Navigate up to five flights of stairs during delivery.
Exposure to adverse weather when delivering, driving, and couponing.
Night drive vision required.
