Role Description
This is a full‑time or part‑time, on‑site role at all locations. The role involves overseeing and managing learning programs, developing and implementing information from trainings. Responsibilities will include implementing daily routines, coordinating educational programs, and supporting the progress of children. The individual in this role will collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Qualifications
Experience in Training & Development and Instructional Design
Ability to create and implement engaging educational materials and programs
Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
