Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm with flexibility for business needs. 6061 S Willow Dr, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Responsibilities
Develop referrals by cultivating relationships with individuals and organizations that influence hospice care referrals. Consultative Sales: Understand referral sources’ needs and provide tailored solutions using marketing collateral or educational materials. Data Management: Accurately document daily sales calls, referral source contact information, territory updates, and communications in the electronic database system; submit required reports. Budget: Submit expense reports timely and in accordance with company policies; stay within allotted budget and work with manager on additional financial resources. Educational Outreach: Coordinate and conduct educational events for referral sources in collaboration with the Education Department to promote hospice care and the organization’s mission. Clinical Communication: Respond to referral source inquiries regarding patient status and provide timely updates, including notifications of patient deaths. Networking & Representation: Attend professional meetings and networking events to represent hospice services and build community relationships. Conflict Resolution: Serve as a liaison between referral source and hospice care to address concerns and document issues; collaborate with team members to implement effective resolutions. Team Participation: Engage in staff and departmental meetings, in‑services, and other organizational activities. Professional Development: Attend seminars and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to hospice care and outreach. Business Development & Marketing: Promote hospice services directly to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities within an assigned territory and execute a business plan to achieve territory goals for growth. Provider Education: Inform healthcare professionals about hospice eligibility criteria, services, and Medicare benefit to foster strong referral relationships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Pay Range
