What You Will Do

Represent the Infiniti brand with confidence, credibility, and sophistication

Deliver highly personalized, concierge-level experiences to discerning clients

Serve as the product authority across Infiniti and select pre-owned luxury inventory

Lead immersive test drives and demonstrations that showcase innovation, design, and performance

Build long-term, high-value client relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Confidently present pricing, financing, and ownership solutions with transparency and professionalism

Negotiate and close deals while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance benchmarks

Collaborate with a high-performing team in a culture driven by excellence and accountability

Continuously refine your skills, product knowledge, and sales approach

Who Thrives in This Role

Sales experience not a requirement but a plus in luxury automotive sales or a comparable high-end sales environment

Demonstrated ability to build rapport with high-net-worth and luxury-focused clientele

Strong closing and negotiation skills with a consultative, client-first approach

Tech-forward mindset with enthusiasm for advanced vehicle technology and telematics

Polished, professional presence aligned with a global luxury brand

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven

Competitive, self-motivated, and results-focused

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Proficient with CRM systems and modern productivity tools

Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States

Compensation & Rewards

Earning potential up to $120,000+ annually (commission + performance bonuses)

Compensation varies based on experience, performance, and market, with uncapped upside
