The
Marketing/Proposal Coordinator
at
KCI Technologies, Inc.
supports our sales and project acquisition teams by creating persuasive proposals and marketing materials that highlight KCI’s expertise and win new business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Read RFQ/RFP documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that identify client submission requirements and proposal team action items.
Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred).
Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign; additional Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is preferred.
Understand the SF 330 / Architect‑Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred).
Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines.
Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews.
Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database.
Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records.
Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities.
Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials.
Work with the marketing content team to develop high‑impact graphics for proposals and presentations.
Provide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals.
Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed.
Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information.
DOT proposal experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (preferred).
Pre‑employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based on position.
