Kitting and Inventory Specialist

Job Description Responsible for preparing production kits, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth material flow throughout the facility. This role also provides light mechanical assembly support during peak production periods. Prepare accurate kits for production, assembly, and testing. Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation before releasing kits. Maintain organized stockroom and storage areas. Receive, label, and store incoming materials. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory. Update inventory transactions in the ERP system. Replenish materials for assembly and production teams. Assist with mechanicalelectromechanical assembly as needed. Follow safety, quality, and handling procedures at all times.

Skills Required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to read part numbers, bills of materials, and basic engineering documentation.

Skills Preferred Experience in kitting, inventory control, assembly, warehouse operations, or manufacturing.Familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
