Manager of Product Partnerships – Credit Karma Money As Manager of Product Partnerships for Credit Karma Money, you will develop and manage partnerships that drive the platform’s growth. You will lead deals from conception through execution, guiding the team’s strategic direction, assessing the partner landscape, conducting diligence, negotiating terms, and analyzing business impact.

What you’ll do:

Scope, build, and scale some of Credit Karma Money’s most critical partnerships

Maintain relationships and negotiate renewal deals with existing partners

Own the full deal process—including developing strategy, evaluating partners, facilitating executive alignment, negotiating terms, and supporting implementation

Execute cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing

Play a key role in guiding strategy by keeping abreast of the partner landscape, and analyzing and providing perspectives on the business impact of potential partnership efforts

Minimum Basic Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 6+ years of partnerships, investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic BD experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills—adept at analyzing and synthesizing data to support strategies and communications internally and externally

Outstanding interpersonal, written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Experience negotiating contracts

Experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders and driving cross‑functional initiatives

Passion for consumer financial services and familiarity with using technology to build partnerships (e.g., API integrations, digital app distribution/monetization and product development processes)

Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
