Job Description
Oversight or assistance in most operational aspects of program. Responsibilities may include staff development and management, program development, education, and serving as grant, budget, and community liaison as applicable to position. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job
None required, but 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
Responsibilities
Recruits, trains and supervises staff, delegating assignments, supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern, developing areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning, implementation and evaluation of training, recruitment, curriculum development, outreach, workshops, material development and special projects.
Coordinates recruitment, training, monitoring, guidance and evaluation.
Oversees grant-related issues including budget, reporting of statistics, and meeting with funders.
Oversees administrative duties including employee schedules, employee timesheets, ordering of materials, distribution of check requests, and tracking expenditures.
Establishes and maintains linkages with community agencies as applicable.

Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $66482.07 - $74250 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
