is now hiring for
Coaches/Counselors
for our Summer youth camps in the LA Area.
Rally Camps
is looking to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth (boys and girls ages 4-14) while developing in them a love for traditional sports, games, and recreational activities that are so formative for children.
Each camp session is a week long (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Do you know how to teach and have fun? Do you want to spend your summer break outdoors? Join us at Rally Camps for a service-oriented sports-filled summer! Check out our website at www.rallycamps.com
Responsibilities
Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
Execute Rally Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Rally Camps stellar reputation
We are looking for team members who:
Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
Are able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting
Lead by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude
Are dependable and reliable; someone we can count on to be there, no matter what.
Know how to have a lot of fun!!
Qualifications
Be available June 15th-August 14th Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a 2-4 week commitment
Be prepared to travel to site with reliable transportation of your own
Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
Have child management experience with ages 4-13
Have experience attending or working at a summer camp
Work outdoors with young campers and connect with others who have similar interests
Make a positive difference in the lives of our youth
Participation in our end-of-summer rally celebration party
Our Interview Process
Receive an invitation to complete a one-way interview
Complete a 15 minute virtual interview
Compensation
Pay is based on skill level and experience.
Professional Educator: $20.00/hour (please note you must have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or provide proof of teaching certification in order to be eligible for this hourly wage).
Adult w/ Childcare Experience: $18.00/hour
Student/Recent Graduate: $17.27/hour
